Jeanine Loewen, MSW

Jeanine Loewen, MSW, is PMC’s Regional Director, providing clinical support and operational oversight to programs throughout the El Paso region.  

Before joining PMC, Jeanine served as a Director of Operations for a facility providing service in the US, Canada, and Mexico, a Clinical Therapist at a psychiatric facility in NM, and a Child Welfare Manager, CAC Supervisor, and Forensic Interviewer in NM.  

Jeanine earned her Master of Social Work (MSW) with a minor in Rural Social Work Practice from Western New Mexico University in Silver City, NM.
