Gabrielle Lambert

Gabrielle Lambert, BSN, RN is a regional director at PMC. She provides clinical support and operational oversight to Senior Life Solutions programs within the Fargo region. Gabrielle started with PMC in 2022 as a program director in Bagley, MN, and later as a program director in Crookston, MN.

Prior to joining PMC, Gabrielle worked in a long-term care facility that focused on providing specialized care for individuals with Alzheimer’s and dementia. In her role, she was responsible for overseeing staff, coordinating MDS assessments, and the coordination of psychiatric care for patients. This involved working closely with the clinical team, outpatient facilities, area clinics and specialists to provide the best care for individuals with complex needs.

Gabrielle earned her ADN from Rasmussen University in Moorhead, MN and BSN from Capella University in Minneapolis, MN.
