Justin McGee, LPC

Justin McGee, LPC, is a senior regional therapist at PMC. He joined PMC in 2015 as a therapist for one of the Senior Life Solutions programs in Missouri. While working as a PMC therapist, he provided individual, group, and family treatment and was actively involved in interdisciplinary measurement-based care, treatment planning, and community outreach. The following year Justin was promoted to program director, overseeing operations of their successful 2-track Senior Life Solutions program.

Serving in multiple roles as part of the PMC family has afforded Justin a keen understanding of the unique needs of both PMC program staff as well as the communities and hospitals that PMC is proud to serve.

Prior to joining PMC, he worked for Behavioral Health Partners and spent five years providing behavioral health treatment and geriatric care to nursing home patients in facilities across the Kansas City metropolitan area. It was during this experience that Justin gained skills in fostering positive working relationships with facility leadership and interdisciplinary treatment teams.

Justin earned a B.S. in History from the University of Central Missouri in Warrensburg, MO, and a M.A. in Counseling and Guidance from the University of Missouri-Kansas City in Kansas City, MO. Justin is enthusiastic about supporting programs in their pursuits of providing care to older adults, and he is committed to ensuring that all patients whom PMC is able to serve maintain an optimal quality of life.

Crystal Rider, MBA

Crystal Rider is a regional director, providing clinical support and operational oversight to Senior Life Solutions programs throughout PMC’s Denver region.

Crystal comes to PMC with 17 years of experience in the medical field. Prior to joining PMC, she worked at a community mental health center where she was the program director for a psychiatric clinic and a primary care clinic. In this role, she implemented systems and utilized data to ensure high-quality patient care was provided. Before that, she worked in inpatient hospitals, outpatient medical practice and provided grant management and health education at an area health education center. These experiences helped Crystal to gain an understanding of treating the whole person and the importance of patients and their loved ones advocating for the care received. 

Crystal received her MBA from Western Governor’s University and her BS in Business Administration/Health Care Administration from Adams State University in Alamosa, Colo. where she graduated magna cum laude.

Brandi Johnson, RN

Brandi Johnson is a regional director at PMC, providing clinical support and operational oversight to Senior Life Solutions programs throughout the Cincinnati Region.  

Prior to joining PMC, Brandi spent the majority of her nursing career working in the emergency department.  She received a bachelor’s degree in social work from Indiana University East and an associate degree in nursing from Ivy Tech Community College. Brandi joined PMC as a program director in Indiana in August 2020 and maintained that role for over two years before becoming a regional program director in January 2023.

Rhonda McGraw, BSN, RN

Rhonda McGraw, BSN, RN, Regional Director, provides clinical and operational oversight to programs throughout the Kansas City Region. Rhonda joined PMC in 2015 as a program director and opened the first Senior Life Solutions program in the state of Kansas.  The experience gained as both program director and trainer for new programs deepened her knowledge of operations and prepared her to further support the region.

Prior to joining PMC, Rhonda provided nursing care planning, case management, medical coordination, assessments, and training for Southeast Kansas Mental Health Center.    She also possesses 15 years of experience in customer service and sales, receiving multiple sales awards.

Rhonda received her Nursing degree from Neosho County Community College and her BSN from Western Governors University in Millcreek, UT.

Julie Nichols

Julie Nichols, Regional Director, provides clinical and operational oversight to programs throughout the Omaha Region. She joined PMC in 2015 as a program director for one of the Senior Life Solutions programs in Missouri.

Prior to joining PMC, Julie was Social Services Director for a 120 bed skilled nursing facility and worked on an interdisciplinary team for identifying care needs. She was also an active member of the Enrichment Committee toward Culture Change in Nursing Facilities. Julie’s passion for working with the geriatric population has steered her career and allowed her to create many partnerships throughout Northwest Missouri. Most recently, she worked for the Missouri Department of Mental Health where she was part of a statewide work group that created an abuse and neglect training curriculum for state and community based caregivers across Missouri.

Julie obtained her B.S. in Psychology and Sociology from Northwest Missouri State University.

Elizabeth Offner

Elizabeth Offner provides clinical support and operational oversight to programs throughout the Lincoln Region.  Elizabeth comes to PMC with experience working with patients with complex medical and mental needs. 

Before joining PMC in 2022 as a Regional Director, Elizabeth worked as an outpatient program director, obstetrics charge nurse, and rehabilitation nurse. Through these experiences, Elizabeth gained much insight into the needs of those in the community around her. She is experienced in caring for the aging population, and due to her background in mental health, she is passionate about the mission of PMC and those we serve. 

Elizabeth has her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Methodist College of Nursing in Omaha, NE. She was hired in May 2021 as the Program Director for the Senior Life Solutions Program in Wayne, NE. In June 2022, she transitioned to the Regional Director role. 

McKenzie Church

McKenzie Church is a regional director for the Memphis region at PMC. McKenzie provides operational oversight for her programs throughout the region.

McKenzie joined PMC in June of 2022 as a program development specialist, where she supported teams with referral development and community education. Prior to joining PMC, McKenzie worked for a non-profit organization providing services to adults with developmental disabilities. For seven years, McKenzie worked as the director of non-profit where her focus was supporting the agency operationally.

McKenzie received her undergraduate degree in psychology and master’s degree in business administration from Northcentral University.

Bobbi Rowe, BSN, RN

Bobbi Rowe, BSN, RN, is PMC’s Regional Director for the Minneapolis region and provides support and guidance to the programs and administration in this area. Bobbi started with PMC in 2019 as a Program Director in Manchester, IA.  

Prior to joining PMC, Bobbi worked in various departments of a small community hospital, including OR, ER, and Med-Surg. Before that, Bobbi gained experience working in a larger hospital in their ICU and ER units.  

Bobbi earned her BSN from Clarke University in Dubuque, IA, and RN from College of Lake County in Grayslake, IL. 

Audrey Lindenmeyer

Audrey Lindenmeyer is a regional director at PMC, providing clinical and operational oversight to programs throughout the Hays Region.

Prior to joining PMC, Lindenmeyer spent 14 years as the director of a children’s psychiatric hospital. She provided supervision and operational oversight for a 50-bed facility. She also worked as the director of operations and compliance, working with inpatient facilities to ensure they were in compliance and met licensure standards. Through this experience, Lindenmeyer gained a deeper understanding of trauma and the importance of educating others in the area of mental health.

Lindenmeyer earned a bachelor of science in organizational leadership studies from Fort Hays State University in Hays, Kan.  She then acquired a master of liberal studies in organizational leadership studies from the same university, while also serving as an adjunct instructor.

Mitzi Bailey

Mitzi Bailey is a regional director at PMC, providing clinical support and operational oversight to Senior Life Solutions programs in Oklahoma, Kansas, Arkansas and Missouri. As a former program director, she brings working knowledge to these programs and hospital partners. The program she oversaw in Kingman, KS was a 2023 finalist for PMC’s “Program of the Year.”

Mitzi brings value to our rural health system partners, by understanding their culture and finances. Her medical career spans 30 years. Before joining PMC, Mitzi worked as a clinic administrator in a rural health clinic. She also provided inpatient case management for a critical access hospital while working as the marketing director. She’s passionate about access to health care in rural areas.

Mitzi earned a master’s degree in healthcare leadership from Friends University and a bachelor’s degree in education from the University of Arkansas. She also received an associate nursing degree from Garden City Community College.
